Weekly Update
It was another week with a high volume of new listings coming to market prior to Thanksgiving. Leading the pack were three Estate Section homes listed from $25M up to $59M. The three houses listed in the Estate Section this week make up about 15% of the inventory of 18 listings. The lowest priced listing in the area from Worth Ave south to Sloan’s Curve is $12.5M. The Estate Section has been a hot neighborhood for about a year now, especially in the streets surrounding Mar-a-Lago.
These new listings aren’t being snapped up in record time, but a few pending deals each week keep the market moving in the right direction. This week, there were signed contracts on two houses, one townhouse, and a condo. The most notable was an in-town house at 449 Australian Avenue. This was last asking $16.95M.
