Weekly Update
More off-market transactions occurred this week on the north side of town, before the North End. The properties on Dunbar Road and Atlantic Avenue share a border and we’re simultaneous closings. They sold for $15M and $10M respectively. One street south, 167 Everglade Avenue sold for over $21M. The non-waterfront sale adds to a growing list of $20M+ sales of the type.
In the North End, 102 Reef Road is now listed for $89M. The oceanfront compound comes with a guest house and beach cabana. A few other houses were listed in addition to four condos. A number of listings had price reductions this week. Inventory appears to be slightly increasing as typical to the start of the season.
