Weekly Update

An off-market sale on Dunbar Road closed this week for $29.5M. This sale could continue to set the market for non-waterfront transactions in Palm Beach heading into the season. Premier in town and Estate Section streets have an ever-growing list of $25M+ sales for non-waterfront homes. This is a benchmark only ever achieved once prior to 2020.

A $16.9M listing hit the market in the Near North End this week. This area is categorized as the region between Wells Road and the Palm Beach Country Club. The MLS will filter this area into the North End on technicality, but this area has a slightly different feel and elements. This listing is on Miraflores Drive. The owners of the 2020 built home are looking for $10M more than what they paid for it in 2021.

A little south, 211 Park Avenue appears to have found a buyer. The asking price was $6.9M. Unlike the Park Avenue in Manhattan, this is not a premier street on the Island. The homes are typically smaller here, but the street’s location allows residents to walk to some of the town’s commercial offerings.
