The fireworks for Independence day typically aren’t provided by the July Palm Beach real estate market. This year wasn’t much different but the amount of closings in the condo market was an unexpected spark. The four closings in the short week ranged from $1.65M to $3.775M. Another closing in the single-family home market makes a fifth closing of the week for $13M. That closing was at 245 Atlantic Ave. Like the condos, this property is also considered to be in town.
