Weekly Update
Four new listings hit the market in Palm Beach this week. An in-town home on Chilean Avenue is asking $16M. A little north of town, 301 Plantation Road is asking $34.5M. This home is expected to be completed in the fall. In between these two listings is a development opportunity as adjacent properties on Seminole Avenue were listed for $6M each.
The recent condominium activity slowed this week as no deals took place. This is not a surprise given this time of year where there is a drop in visits with hurricane season upon us.
