Weekly Update
There were no closings this week but plenty of real estate activity across the board. There were three new houses listed in addition to a townhouse and a condo. There were two houses and two condos that went pending. One of the houses is an Estate Section home asking $25M. This comes after last week’s report of more and more non-waterfront sales over $20M.
Additionally, there were three homes with $1M+ price reductions. Three doesn’t mean the market is falling, but it is the most in several weeks. It will be something to keep an eye on moving forward. The largest price reduction was at 1540 S Ocean Boulevard which is now asking $79.5M, down from $88m.
