Weekly Update
The first week of December brough another batch of new listings to the market in addition to two $20M+ non-waterfront closings. The most expensive new listing is at 880 S Ocean Boulevard where the oceanfront compound is asking $97.5M. At this price, it is the fourth most expensive listing on the market right now. Three other listings hit the market this week. Two of which are North End houses asking $8.95M.
The non-waterfront closings were of note were in Phipps Plaza and in town. The Phipps Plaza property closed for $21.9M and on Via Sunny in town the house sold for $30M. These non-waterfront sales continue to break the $20M and $30M price barriers and add to a growing list of the type through the past several years.
