Weekly Update
The early season momentum remained strong across product types through Thanksgiving week. While overall inventory remains below long-term norms, the gradual increase is providing buyers with more choice and slightly easing the pressure we saw throughout early fall. With this, pending activity has increased. This is a strong signal for a healthy market heading into December and ultimately 2026.
On the single-family side, two notable in-town properties — 3 Lake Trail and 245 Dunbar Road — saw meaningful price adjustments this week, reflecting the continued emphasis on realistic pricing even in the luxury segment.
The in-town condominium and townhouse market remains active, with three new listings and two closed sales, continuing the steady turnover we’ve seen all year.
