Weekly Update
It was another big week for new listings entering the market. Unlike in prior weeks where we recognized a large portion of the new listings because they didn’t sell last season, this week had almost entirely fresh inventory. The listing taking headlines is 1491 N Ocean Boulevard. The home once owned by the Gucci family is asking over $200M making it one of the most expensive listings in the country.
In addition to the new listing inventory, there were a pair of pending house sales this week. On Everglades Island, a home asking $37.5M found a buyer. On the “Sea Streets” a home asking $11.7M went into contract as well.
