
Weekly Update
And just like that, the season has begun. Well, maybe not exactly, but this week in real estate sure signaled we aren’t far from it. Eleven new listings came on the market. Seven houses, two condos, and two townhouses. The highlight of these is 1610 N Ocean Boulevard which is returning to the market with a new price and new representation. That new price is $65M. This is down from $69.5M in May and $77.9M at its highest. Among the other listings was a new construction house on the North End, two $7.25M townhomes, and some development opportunities on Seminole Avenue.
Oceanfront properties on the North End had a good week. 1214 N Ocean Boulevard closed for $37M. The double lot home and oceanfront cabana sold $18M off of the original asking price. K2 Realty represented the buyer in this transaction. A vacant lot directly on the sand went into contract. This is 965 N Ocean Boulevard which was asking $67.495M.
