
WEEKLY UPDATE
No listings hit the market this week, and just one condo went pending. The inactivity in these categories is typical of this time of year. This time of year also brings closings which we saw five of this week. Three of these closings were houses and the other two condos. The most notable sale was at 690 Island Drive where a house that likely will be completely redone or torn down for a new home sold for $33M. The waterfront Everglades Island property was last asking $35.9M down from its originally asking price of $52.9M in 2023.
Another sale was an off-market transaction at 1066 N Ocean Boulevard which sold for $18M. The property had previously sold in 2018 for $4.15M. A house on Seaspray Avenue sold for $9.25M and a pair of condo on opposite sides of town sold for $1.7M and $2.7M.
